Mental Peak Performance Training

Mental Peak Performance Training (MMPT) is the brain-work that an individual practices, in order to create a mentally strong mind to achieve peak performance.

It’s just as important to approach strengthening your brain, the way you would work out in a gym to build muscle.

MMPT has been adopted and implemented in the professional world in order to help individuals train to be able to compete at their peak——under stressful conditions; often correlating their success to being mentally tough.

These types of trainings date as far back to ancient teachings of meditation and deep focus trainings in traditional martial arts practiced by Zen monks and Japanese Samurai; and Sport and Performance Psychology has studied and adopted some of these ancient practices to help facilitate a new training platform for high-performers and elite level teams in order to gain advantage over competitors.

The primary purpose of MMPT is to minimize performance flaws and enhance physical execution, by learning to control the cognitive (mind) and somatic (body) factors that a person has control over (such as rest and nutrition, self-esteem and emotions, self-preparation, communication, body language, self-talk, anxiety control, focus and clarity, etc.). Focusing on learning to control these performance factors has become known as learning to “Control the Controllables…”

And this is where I come in to help !

The Process

Step 1 - Define Your Vision of perfection

Imagery is a powerful tool, unique in its ability to create not just perfect practice sessions but consistently perfect ones. The journey begins with you defining what perfection means in your context.

As you envision yourself from a spectator’s perspective, ask yourself: What does perfection look like for me?

Upon purchasing a Personalized Imagery Recording (PIR), you’ll receive a Performance Profile via email. This is your opportunity to delve deep and articulate the elements that constitute a perfect performance for you. Your thoughtful completion of this profile is crucial as it lays the groundwork for crafting your personalized imagery experience.

Step 2 - Construct Your Perfect Practice

With the insights gleaned from your Performance Profile, I then construct a tailored PIR for you. This recording isn’t just a generic visualization - it’s a fusion of your unique performance elements and scientifically-backed techniques used by sport psychologists. The aim is to engage all your senses, thereby creating new neural pathways or strengthening existing ones.

You will receive an mp3 file of your PIR, designed to seamlessly integrate into your training regimen. Regular use of your PIR is key. It’s not just about increasing the number of practice reps - it’s about enhancing the quality of each rep. By embedding these perfect practices into your routine, you’re establishing the muscle memory necessary for peak performance.

Your path to excellence is a click away.

Embrace the power of personalized imagery and transform the way you train and perform.
